WHAT IS A VIRTUAL VISA & WHERE CAN I USE IT?

VIRTUAL VISA is an online prepaid Visa number that can be used online and instore.  This includes online stores, over the phone or by contactless payment in store.

To use the card in-store please add the card details to your mobile wallet Google or Apple Pay.

HOW DO VIRTUAL VISA TOKENS WORK?

Step 1:	Receive your link to your Virtual Visa link or token code.
Step 2:	Visit vanilla.icardpromotions.com.au, enter your details and select fetch.
Step 3:	Your card number will be displayed on the screen and your Expiry/CVV will be sent via SMS to you.
Step 4:	Combine the Card Number, CVV & Expiry to make a purchase online or add to your phone wallet to make purchases by contactless payment.

HOW LONG IS A VIRTUAL VISA ACCOUNT VALID FOR?

The code you receive to claim your VIRTUAL VISA Account has a variable redemption period which will be communicated at time of purchase or receipt, this validity will differ depending on the program.  Contact the firm issuing you the code or call 1800 446 347 to determine the validity period of any token code.

WHAT IF MY VIRTUAL VISA LINK OR TOKEN IS LOST OR STOLEN?

If you have lost your VIRTUAL VISA number you can view it again by clicking vanilla.icardpromotions.com.au, then re-entering your Claim Code, Surname, mobile number.  You should treat your VIRTUAL VISA card details and security details with the same protection as you would a physical Visa card or cash.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY SECURITY DETAILS (EXPIRY AND CVV)?

If you have lost your security details (expiry date and CVV) you can request the security details be resent to you.  To do this visit vanilla.icardpromotions.com.au, then re-enter your Claim Code, Surname, mobile phone.

HOW DO I CHECK MY VIRTUAL VISA AVAILABLE BALANCE?

You can check your VIRTUAL VISA available balance and complete transaction history online.  Click on the www.activ8card.com.au link and follow the prompts.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PURCHASE EXCEEDS THE AVAILABLE BALANCE OF YOUR VIRTUAL VISA TOKEN?

If you attempt to use your VIRTUAL VISA for a transaction that is greater than the remaining available balance - the transaction will be declined.
